'Vada Raha' screened at international film fest

Vada Raha, directed by Samir Karnik of Heroes’ fame, starring Bobby Deol and Kangana Ranaut, was the opening film at the Norwegian International Film Festival on August 7.

The festival is held annually in Haugesund, Norway and dates back to 1973. “It’s great to know that our film is the curtain raiser at the Norwegian Film Festival.

I am happy for Samir, who makes meaningful cinema and it is encouraging for the film to be showcased on a world stage,” says Bobby Deol .

The film has been produced and directed by Samir Karnik and stars Bobby Deol,
Kangana Ranaut along with child actor Dwij Yadav.

A touching family drama, Vada Raha comes after Samir Karnik's previous success of the critically acclaimed Heroes.
