Kaimara-Nagaramakki road in nine months: Jeevaraj

He was speaking at a programme organised at Sri Durgaparameshwari Temple premises in Nagaramakki, after laying foundation stone for various development projects in Seethuru Gram Panchayat on Tuesday.

Four Gram Panchayats in the taluk including Seethuru have been selected under the Suvarna Grama scheme, he said.

The new milk route will be established soon. Grants will be given to buy 100 cows for each taluk. Financial aid will be given to 300 individuals to buy cows under Vidarbha package, Jeevaraj said.

Permanent RTC will be given after August to those who have applied in Form 53. The government is contemplating establishing polytechnic college in the town. Separate building will be provided to the Morarji School by spending Rs 3 crore. Applications have been invited for establishing industrial units in the industrial area, he explained.

Seethuru Gram Panchayat President Y S Ganesh presided. Zilla Panchayat member Girijamma, Taluk Panchayat Vice President Mallika Naveen, member Vasantha Mohan, GP Vice President Rukminiyamma, Tahsildar H Jaya, Executive Officer Thippeshi, Seethuru Agriculture Service Cooperative Bank President Y S Subrahmanya, Watershed Development Officer Gurumurthy, Vasanthi of Horticulture Department and Koppa TP member Addada Sathish were present.
