Three youths, including two sons of an Excise and Taxation Officer, were today arrested for allegedly stealing laptops from a private university here, police said.
Amritpal Singh and Karanpal Singh, both sons of the ETO, and Sarabjit Singh were arrested for the theft in Lovely Professional University (LPU) on September 13.
