<p>Three youths, including two sons of an Excise and Taxation Officer, were today arrested for allegedly stealing laptops from a private university here, police said.<br /><br />Amritpal Singh and Karanpal Singh, both sons of the ETO, and Sarabjit Singh were arrested for the theft in Lovely Professional University (LPU) on September 13.</p>
