'No short circuit at Palike annexe'

According to sources in the Palike, the wires, switches and circuit breakers in the building were found intact. Only the insulation was damaged, which could happen in the event of any fire incident.

The Inspectorate has opined that the fire could have been due to any other cause.  The Palike and the police now await forensic report.
