The prohibitory orders were issued on Sunday by the district magistrate in view of the reports that certain groups of people are planning to organise rallies, dharnas and resort to agitation, an official release said.
On the other hand, former state minister and PPP chief Manpreet Singh Badal had called on a rally on Monday in support of Hazare's fast to protest against the Parliamentary Standing Committee report on Lokpal Bill.
