A roller 'coast'er ride

Delicious: One of the dishes.

The first impression one has upon entering ‘Coastal Junction’ is one of understated elegance. It has the capacity to serve 160 guests, spread over two floors, with an ambience designed to savour the exquisite selection of food from Goa, Karwar, Mangalore and Kerala.
The terrace also houses the bar and yet another floor is fully air-conditioned.

‘Coastal Junction’ is the latest venture of entrepreneurs, who have been in the hospitality industry for over 14 years. The promoters have gone to great lengths to ensure that their first fine-dining venture is of the finest quality.

Chefs have been selected keeping in mind their proven ability and verified track record. Secret herbs and spices have been hand picked by the chefs, who have travelled through the coastal regions.

Staff have also been selected for their proven track record of excellence in service. The menu has been chosen by feedback from 30 days of food sampling by over 600 select invitees, all connoisseurs of fine-dining. Soon to be introduced is the lavish buffet, both during lunch and dinner.

Some of the unique and scrumptious dishes include Bhareda Poo Chattambade, Yam Peri Peri, Pachekai Varuthathu, Karwari Prawns, Crab Zig Zag, Kane Bazulle, Pachakari Stew, Mushroom Potato Xacuti,  Padengi Tharakari Gassi, Denji Pulimunchi, Goan Prawn Curry, Alleppey Fish Curry, Mutton Stew, Kori Gassi, Prawn Biryani, Meen Briyani, Kappa, Appam, Kori Roti, Neer Dosa, Malabar Paratha, Red Rice, Elaneer Payasam, Dhodol etc.  ‘Coastal Junction’ is located on 80-ft Road, Indiranagar.
