'Productivity Week' from Feb 12 to 16

Mangalore Productivity Council on the occasion of the ‘Productivity Week’ will be organising a series of lectures by noted personalities from February 12 to 16 at SDM Law College.

On February 12 at 5.30 pm, the late K Vishwanath Kamath Memorial lecture on topic ‘Be alert and vigilant to prevent crime’ will be delivered by CCB Bunder Police Inspector H N Venkatesha Prasanna.

The programme will be inaugurated by Uma Tile Co Partner K Mohan Kamath. Karnataka Bank Ltd General Manager M S Mahabaleshwara Bhat will preside over the meeting. This will be followed by an entertainment programme by staff members of State Bank of India
On February 13 at 6 pm, Karnataka Bank Regional Head C Anandarama Upadhya will speak on ‘Personality Development’. Udayavani Vice-President Anand K will preside over the progarmme. A drama ‘Shammiya Madhuve’ will be performed after the talk.

On February 15, Srinivas Institute of Management Associate Professor Niveditha Mirajkar will speak on ‘Productivity and Innovation-Enablers for emerging economy’. Karnataka Bank DGM Dr Meera Aranha will preside. State Bank of Mysore Employee Kumar will present a mimicry programme.

On February 16, Senior Advocate A S N Hebbar will speak on ‘Humour in Management’. State Bank of India AGM B G Sadashiva will preside, said Council President U Rama Rao in a press meet.
