Ministers have disgraced Assembly: Moily

Condemning three State ministers viewing porn videos while the Assembly session was in progress, Union Minister for Corporate Affairs M Veerappa Moily called the act a “shame on the public life of the country.”

Talking to mediapersons after a press meet in the City, on Wednesday, the Union minister said the incident had undermined the sanctity of the Assembly.

“The ministers’ insensitive attitude came to the fore, as they were watching porn videos while the Assembly was having an animated discussion aboutthe drought situation in the State. The Speaker should have suspended the three ministers instantly after knowing about their act. Also, the three should be booked for violating the Cyber Law,” said Moily.
