Lakhs witness rathotsava at M M Hill

Lakhs of devotees gathered at the Male Mahadeshwara Hill to witness the rathotsava on Wednesday.

Immadi Mahadevaswamiji of Saluru Mutt, Kharaveeraswamiji and Guruswamiji offered puja to the Mahadeshwara idol.

Temple priests J Puttaswamy, J Madaiah, Chikkaveerathammadi, Yajamana Puttanna, Puttaiah, temple special officer Jayavibhavaswamy, CEO Chandrashekar V Davanageri and senior police officers  were present at the rathotsava. Devotees had started arriving on Tuesday night at M M Hill to witness the rathotsava.

Nandi kamba adorned with flowers and other cultural programmes were held during the rathotsava.
