The 30,000 square feet facility -built with an investment of $1 million would have 300 seats in the first phase and would be extended to a further 300 seats, said Ness President & CEO Sachi Gerlitz.
The company has about 3000 employees in India with about 75 per cent of them working in system integration and rest in software development. Its clients range from financial companies to software engineering firms and defence establishments across the world.
While the first phase of recruiting 300 persons is on-going, the company would take up the second phase of expansion in the first quarter of 2010.
