PES Institute of Technology does not have any particular dress code. The college allows its students to wear any dress of their choice,  provided the clothes are decent and modest. Both, boys and girls, are instructed not to wear low-waist trousers, round neck tee-shirts and printed tee-shirts. The girls are not allowed to wear short tops and any dress which has a deep neck. The college does not have any particular uniform for any department on any day. Students, who are pursuing mechanical engineering, come in their laboratory dress, whenever they have practicals.
