Datta Peeta: 'Eshwarappa, Ravi, DV violated court order'

Addressing a press meet on Wednesday, he said the Governor should dissolve the government based on the complaint.
The Bababudangiri incident has been brought to the notice of party high command. “Based on the direction of JD(S) President H D Deve Gowda, we will visit Bababudangiri Darga to inspect. By installing Datta statute in front of the cave, the authorities have violated the court order.” Criminal case should be filed against Minister K S Eshwarappa, MP D V Sadananda Gowda and MLA C T Ravi. “We are not opposed to repairing of cave. However, status quo must be maintained. Deputy Commissioner, Police officials who were supposed to maintain law and order have kept silence when the court order was violated,” he said.

Congress flays
In a separate press meet, district Congress President M L Murthy said the ruling party has violated the court order in the name of repairing Datta peeta for political gains.
He flayed Eshwarappa, Sadananda Gowda and C T Ravi for conducting pooja at the peeta. “We will decide on the future course of action after holding talks with the Opposition leader Siddaramaiah.”

Hasiru Sene District President H K Shashidhar, Raitha Sangha President K K Krishne Gowda have flayed  installation of Datta statue in the name of repair work.
The Datta rituals have been neglected by Eshwarappa, Sadananda Gowda and C T Ravi by offering Brahminical rituals.
