<p>The monsoon session of the State legislature will be held in the first week of July, Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda said here on Monday.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The ruling BJP had sought a vote on account for four months for the budget proposal 2012-13 in March this year. The full budget will have to be passed by July 31. “I will go for a Cabinet expansion soon after the Council polls (June 11),” Gowda told reporters in the City.<br /><br />However, the government is yet to decide on whether to hold the session in Bangalore or Belgaum.</p>
