8 killed in accidents

 Eight men were killed and six others injured in three separate road accidents in Bikaner and Barmer districts of Rajasthan late Monday night, police said on Tuesday.

A car in which five men were travelling overturned on the Barmer-Jodhpur highway in Barmer killing four passengers on the spot. The incident which occurred under Sadar police station circle left one man injured, police said.

Ratan Singh, Sunil Singh, Khet Singh and Jograj Singh, heading towards Jodhpur, were killed in the mishap, police said, adding that the condition of injured Veer Singh was stable.

In another incident under the same police station circle, a speeding truck hit a tractor trolley in which Babulal Jat was killed and two were injured.

Three men were killed and as many injured in another road mishap which took place at Bikaner. The dead are Shrawan Harijan, Dilip Singh and Krishna Singh.
