He was speaking at the meeting of headmasters’ of Kolar and Malur taluk, here on Wednesday.
He advised the teachers to lay emphasis to identify the students weak in studies and take steps to prepare them to face the exams and to get good results. He also gave suggestion on effective teaching.
“Headmasters should execute their duty with utmost care as the Higher Education department for the first time has instructed the students to submit their application in the form of Optical Mark Reader” he advised.
It is mandatory for all the teachers to register their names to participate in valuation process, this year, he said.
Various aspects of school administration such as the process of dispatching the applications to higher education board from the students, conducting programmes for the education development in the district and document management was imparted to the headmasters.
Registration of the evaluators was also done on the occasion. Kolar Block Education Officer Nagaraj Gowda, Subramanyam, Jayaram Reddy were present.
Meeting of the headmasters of KGF and Bangarpet taluk will be held on September 17.
