Gloster, Sree visit NCA

Former Indian team physio John Gloster visited the National Cricket Academy here on Wednesday afternoon along with paceman S Sreesanth. Both Gloster and Sreesanth are attached to IPL team Rajasthan Royals.

Gloster held discussions with the academy’s physios Nitin Patel and Ashish Kaushik from whom he apparently sought information on Sreesanth’s current state of recovery from the corrective surgeries he underwent on his toes.

Sreesanth has missed a major part of last season due to injury woes which has also seen him to skip the last edition of IPL.

Meanwhile, Yuvraj Singh continued his rehabilitation and training stint. The southpaw batted in open ‘nets’ for the second in succession along with Virat Kohli, Irfan Pathan and Virender Sehwag.
