Bomb scare letter lands on judge's table

According to police sources an anonymous letter landed on the judge’s table on Wednesday, stating, “I have heard that a bomb will go off at Sindhanur town between September 19 and 27. To stop the same immediate action must be taken.”

Following this, a case has been registered at Sindhanur police station and investigation has begun. Tight police security has been arranged. Even the RTPS and  district court complex has received similar letters. As the festivals are nearing and also as Sindhanur has naxalite movement, police have taken it seriously. But, till now there are no clues as to who kept the letter on the judge’s table.
