For those who find it difficult to take an hour out from their busy schedules, express services during lunch time are up on offer. Amita Singh from Tattva says, “All offices don’t have the space to set up a bed so we offer services that are possible while sitting on a chair.

Usually lunch time is the  most preferred where one can get a neck and shoulder massage; head and shoulder massage; foot reflexology; foot scrub; pedicure or manicure. Each service lasts 15 minutes and come as a dual package so that the client gets to enjoy two services for Rs 1500.” That takes care of your space issues too.

However, for a complete rejuvenation, choose special therapists who will cure your problems as you smell fragrant candles and lie on bed or lean back in your chair while listening to soft music. The therapist will reach 10 minutes before the decided time to set up the place and also carry disposable materials such as towels and lingerie to save you trouble.

Divita Kanoria from Tatha Spa says, “Even a half hour massage on the back and shoulders without oil is hassle free and can do wonders but if you have time and a private cabin then just relax and let our therapists do the treatment which will flush out toxins from your body. After the procedure, enjoy a hot cup of organic tea.” The price for a full body massage is Rs 2,500 where the massage type is selected according to the stroke, tailor made (sunshine based) or based on Indian flowers.
