The flagship project of New Haven envisages 1,300 apartments including 2 BHK and 3 BHK homes starting at Rs 12.73 lakh, with a minimum size of 670 square feet, an official statement said.
The projects will offer self-contained homes with an amenity-rich lifestyle spread across 35-acres and will provide consumers with a swimming pool, clubhouse and community centre, children’s playground, indoor badminton court, basketball court, jogging track, banquet facilities, landscaped gardens, winding walkways and acupressure paths, among others.
