<p>The State government on Friday effected a change in the postings of IPS officers. <br /><br />Within a week of issuing transfer order, the government has changed its decision and posted S Parashivamurthy as the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Training replacing Sanjay Vir Singh. Now, Singh has been appointed IGP Anti Terrorist Cell (ATC), Bangalore, in place of Parashivamurthy.</p>
