Sharing the stage with international pop star Enrique Iglesias had been a dream of thousands of people who thronged his concert here Friday night. However, 12-year-old Parmeet and a teenager named Rakshita were the lucky ones to sing and dance with the Spanish singer.

While some of the girls were craving to get on to the stage with the 37-year-old, Rakshita got the golden chance of sharing the stage with her icon.

Giving in to the demands of his audience, Iglesias sang one of his popular romantic tracks "Hero" and true to the romantic spirit of the song, he danced on stage with the girl. He performed the song while giving her a tight hug, leaving the girl completely spellbound.
Rakshita's expression clearly revealed the unexpected joy she experienced after meeting  her hero.

There were other fans too.

Parmeet was in the crowd, enjoying Iglesias’ performance when the singer called him on the stage. The boy’s excitement knew no bounds as he got onto the stage with the vivacious audience hooting and whistling for him.

Iglesias asked the child’s name and he replied: "Parmeet". Floored by the confidence of the boy, Iglesias said: “Don’t give me a hard time man, this is my first time in Delhi.”

He later called on another of his fans, Mukund, who got even more excited than Parmeet. The singer grooved with both of them on songs like “Baby I like it” and “You make me feel alive”, and both Parmeet and Mukund made the best of the moment.

Even Iglesias couldn’t hide his excitement after seeing such a huge response from the people, as he bowed to the audience each time he finished singing a track.

The singer, dressed in casual jeans and t-shirt with his trademark cap completing the look, made the night special for his fans as he crooned his popular numbers like "Tonight I'm lovin' you", "Rhythm divine", "Bailamos", "Escape", "Tired of being sorry", "Just wanna be with you" and "I like how it feels".
