<p> JD(S) State youth wing president Madhu Bangarappa said on Saturday that former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa was not capable to float a new party.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Madhu said his father, former chief minister the late S Bangarappa, was bold enough to form a new party soon after quitting his parent party, but Yeddyurappa was not courageous to do so. <br /><br />He told reporters that Yeddyurappa had been saying he would quit the BJP for the past one year. Neither had Yeddyurappa quit the BJP nor had he floated a new party, Madhu said. <br /><br />Yeddyurappa was only threatening to quit the party to buy time, he said.</p>
