Guest house in dilapidated state

The guest house was inaugurated by the then Primary and High School Education Minister H G Govindegowda. Many government buildings including Office of the Assistant Director of Agriculture Department and Doordarshan Transmission Centre are also located in the nearby area. However, none of the officials are interested in taking initiative to rejuvenate the guest house building, which has been damaged and covered with plants.

While electricity and water supply connections were destroyed due to lack of maintenance, the broken main gate, doors and windows remain open. People urge the government to take necessary steps to repair the guest house, which is situated in a beautiful area, for public use.
