<p>BEML Limited has declared a Dividend of 50 per cent on the Share Capital for the Financial Year 2011-12.<br /><br /></p>.<p>BEML CMD P Dwarakanath presented the cheque for Rs 11.25 crore to Defence Minister A K Antony at New Delhi as dividend for 54.03 per cent of the company’s shares held by the Government of India.<br /><br />R K Mathur, Secretary (Defence Production) and P K Mishra, Joint Secretary (MS) were also present. BEML is set to reach sales target of Rs 4,955 crore for FY 2012-13 and the pending order book position is around Rs 6,683 crore for execution during 2013-13 and beyond.<br /></p>
