Union Railway Minister P K Bansal admitted in the Rajya Sabha on Friday that various kinds of complaints related to the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) website had been received.
Bansal informed the Upper House that the IRCTC website would become inaccessible during early hours and failure of some internet ticket booking transactions after the passengers were charged for the fares. In 2011-12, some 20-25 complaints were received every day.
