The Department of Posts will conduct 42nd Universal Postal Union letter writing competition for schoolchildren aged up to 15 years as on March 31, 2012.
The national level competition scheduled to be held on January 6 next year will be on the theme - preciousness of water. The last date for submission of entry form is December 26.
