The clash took place between the supporters of Congress candidate Dillu Ram and Independent candidate Kulwant Bazigar in Gulha, a police official said. The 48-year-old deceased, Jyoti Ram, was Bazigar's polling agent. His body was sent to Gulha civil hospital for post mortem examination.
