<p>Puravankara Projects subsidiary Provident Housing Limited on Saturday announced the launch of the country’s largest premium affordable housing project in Bangalore.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The ‘Provident Sunworth’ is a 6 million sq ft project spread over 60 acres, off Mysore Road near the NICE ring road junction. <br /><br />The project encompasses 2 BHK units priced at Rs 29.75 lakh and 3 BHK priced at Rs 35.96 lakh, all inclusive and boasts of many comforts and amenities. <br /><br />According to Provident Managing Director Madhu V, the group’s expansion plans include launches in Mangalore, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Mysore and Chennai, besides the addition of two more projects in Bangalore. <br /><br />“Future markets of interest are New delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmadabad, Vadodara, Kolkata, Nagpur and Jaipur,” Madhu said.</p>
