JOIN USPuravankara Projects subsidiary Provident Housing Limited on Saturday announced the launch of the country’s largest premium affordable housing project in Bangalore.
The ‘Provident Sunworth’ is a 6 million sq ft project spread over 60 acres, off Mysore Road near the NICE ring road junction.
The project encompasses 2 BHK units priced at Rs 29.75 lakh and 3 BHK priced at Rs 35.96 lakh, all inclusive and boasts of many comforts and amenities.
According to Provident Managing Director Madhu V, the group’s expansion plans include launches in Mangalore, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Mysore and Chennai, besides the addition of two more projects in Bangalore.
“Future markets of interest are New delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmadabad, Vadodara, Kolkata, Nagpur and Jaipur,” Madhu said.
