Shimmering beauty

“I have very fond memories of Deepavali. It’s a time dedicated to family and friends. Every year for Deepavali, my friends and I get together at a common friend’s house. We go pot luck where  each of us brings in something special. I usually take sweets along. I eagerly wait for Deepavali every year. I love lighting up my house with tiny lamps. As a kid, I used to burst plenty of crackers but now I think I’ve outgrown the yearning to burst too many
crackers.”
