Speaking at the district-level Prathibha Karanji competitions organised jointly by Zilla Panchayat and education department here on Friday, he said “along with studies, students should take interest in sports and cultural activities. Prathibha Karanji provides a platform for the students to showcase their talents.”
Speaking after inaugurating the competition, Zilla Panchayat Standing Committee on Health and Education President Manu Muthappa said “Prathibha Karanji helps in bringing out the hidden talents in the students.” Every child is unique and talented. Teachers and parents play a vital role in identifying their talents, he added.
Zilla Panchayat CEO Mirja Akbarulla, Taluk Panchayat President H S Subhashini, DDPI Narasimhaiah, St Michael School Priest Fr Charles Joseph, BEO Mariswamt and others were present.
