An international label focusing on menswear, the collection which was showcased at a fashion show in the store included a range of menswear that combined sportiness and elegance with global sophistication.

“Designed in Paris but tailored to the Indian market, we are confident that our clothes which are both well made and fashionable will appeal to the professional executive as well as the leisure traveller. Taking into account Indian climatic conditions and lifestyles, we have adapted our range to suit the fashion conscious consumer with an eye for detail and flair for well-made clothes. Bangalore is known as the style capital of the country we know it will be very receptive to our brand,” said Tanguy Mulliez of Daniel Hechter.

He was known as one of the first designers to produce ready-to-wear clothes and specially designed  sportswear for games like tennis and skiing. His stated goal was to offer wearable yet high-quality, creative fashion for a wide range of consumer groups.

The range at the store included classic shirts, trousers in slim silhouettes, double mercerised T-shirts and pima jerseys. The lines were simple, clean and young, the colours solid and elegant while the formal wear timeless with pure European cuts and finish.
