Woman duped

According to the police, Vijayalakshmi went out of her flat in an apartment in Bhagawathi layout to buy some medicine. While returning, two persons introduced themselves as policemen and cautioned her not to wear ornaments while going outside as miscreants might rob her.  They suggested to her to give the ornaments to them so that they would pack them safely and return to her.

A gullible Vijayalakshmi  gave her two gold chains, two bangles and one ring to them.
The accused diverted her attention and gave her a packet which contained two duplicate bangles and WOwent away, added the police.
