The Kenexa Strategic HR Leaders Forum explored practical examples of how companies can identify the right individuals and create the right environments to enhance individual and organisational performance.
In the keynote address, Kenexa CEO Rudy Karsan said, “The role of the HR professional has evolved from being a spokesperson of the company to that of a thought leader and brand manager. "
He went on to say that there will be an increase in incentives and performance-based compensation in the futire. Also, there will be more utilisation of freelancers and consultants.
Some of Kenexa’s clients include companies like Microsoft, Novartis, Deloitte, P &G, ANZ and Cadburys.
