After winning the Celebrity Cricket League, Kichcha Sudeep is all set to don another cap. This time he is hosting the popular reality show ‘Bigg Boss’. No, he’s not replacing Salman Khan, in fact Sudeep will be hosting the Kannada version of the ‘Bigg Boss’.

After six seasons of the Hindi version, the reality show will see 13 celebrities from Karnataka inside the ‘Bigg Boss’ house located in Lonavala, Maharashtra, where they will stay for 100 days without any connect with the outside world.

The only person they will get to speak to will be Sudeep. The actor-director says, “This is definitely a great platform. For a change, I will get to play myself instead of some other character. Also, the reach of television is much more than films.” While the entire team behind the show is tight-lipped about who all have been roped in as participants, Sudeep says that he too is completely unaware. “As a host, I have to be completely neutral. I am just hoping that none of my friends are going to be inside as it will make it difficult for me,” he says. Interestingly, Sudeep has not followed the earlier ‘Bigg Boss’ seasons. “I have watched only one episode of the show. I really liked the format and feel it will be different for the Kannada audience,” he adds.

‘Bigg Boss’ will premiere on March 24 from Monday to Sunday at 8 pm on ETV Kannada.
