<p>The convocation of 300 students of BCom, BBM and MCom streams of Bangalore University, was held at Smt Narmada Bai Anantachar Ragamandira in the college premises. <br /><br /></p>.<p>The students received degree certificates on the occasion. Justice N Kumar, justice of High Court of Karnataka, was the chief guest. In his convocation address, he analysed the various aspects of education in general and commerce education in particular. <br /><br />He said, in the changing scenario of globalisation and liberalisation, the importance of human values are to be adhered to. TV Maruthi, president of APS Education Trust , presided over the convocation and advised the young graduates to be more enterprising to face the challenges of life so that their career can be more fruitful and productive. <br /><br />Prof F Arockia Doss, the principal of the college, welcomed the gathering and Prof CM Hanumantharayappa, HOD of Commerce, introduced the guest. Prof IS Subramanya, vice-principal, proposed a vote of thanks, and HN Muralidhara, department of Kannada compered the programme.</p>
