<p> The Bangalore Metropolitan Task Force (BMTF) on Thursday served notices on BBMP Commissioner Siddaiah, Joint Director (Town Planning) S S Toppige and two builder brothers.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The development comes four days after a case was registered against the four. The BBMP officials are accused of sanctioning building plan and giving occupancy certificate to the builders, who have allegedly grabbed a canal and a bullock cart road, which are mentioned in the village map, and a multi-storey residential and commercial building came up there.<br /><br />The BBMP sources said Toppige and other officials whose names are either included or likely to figure in the FIR are absconding fearing police action.</p>
