CET for BE lateral entry on Sunday

The Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to BE second year/third semester (evening and day colleges) for the academic year 2013-14 will be held on Sunday.

A total of 24,255 students will appear for the test at 56 exam centres across the State. In Bangalore, as many as 7,099 students will write the test at 14 centres.

Admission tickets can be downloaded from http://kea.car.nic.in by keying in the necessary details.

Details printed in the admission tickets should be verified by the KEA and discrepancies, if any, should be brought to its notice for rectification.  
* Use only blue or black ball pens to mark the OMR sheets.
* Enter the admission ticket version code of the question booklet and shade the respective circle in the OMR sheet.
* Completely fill/darken/ shade the circles on the OMR answer sheet and shade only one circle corresponding to the correct answer.
* Affix the signatures and left hand thumb impression on the bottom portion of the OMR answer sheets.
* Collect the bottom sheet replica (candidate copy) of the OMR answer sheet after the examination.
Don’ts
* Slide rules, mathematical tables, markers, calculators,  white fluid, eraser, mobile phones, bluetooth devices, laptop, pagers, wireless sets, etc cannot be taken into the exam hall.
* Do not make any stray marks on the timing and marks printed on the sheet or spoil the perforation or spread the ink while affixing the left hand thumb impression     
* Once a circle is shaded, it can’t be removed.
