<p>Speaking after launching the work on widening of Manchanabele-NH 7 and Nandi roads in the taluk on Monday, he said that roads constitute public property and people shoulder collective responsibility of ensuring the good condition of the infrastructure. “The officers and the contractors share the responsibility of ensuring good quality work.
