Gwyneth Paltrow smokes one cigarette a week

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow says she smokes one cigarette a week and added that she would never smoke in front of her children.

"I smoke one cigarette a week. The girlfriends I smoke with know about it, but I would never do it in front of my kids," the August issue of Good Housekeeping magazine quoted Paltrow as saying.

Paltrow, who has two children - Apple, 9, and son Moses, 7, - also said that her kids are her "best achievement" and marrying their father, musician Chris Martin, was her "best decision to date", reports contactmusic.com.

She said: "I was really lucky to have two healthy children, and I enjoy the process of raising them and watching these amazing human beings start to come out and be themselves."

She added: "My best Saturday morning would be, sleeping in and then having a really lazy day with the family, cooking, laughing and hanging out."
