<p> Union Law Minister Veerappa Moily, who represents Chikkaballapur Lok Sabha constituency, has been appointed as chairman of the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee. <br /><br />The first meeting of the committee is scheduled to be held on Nov 9 at 10.30 am.
