Ash gets back to the sets!

After months of speculation, the curiosity surrounding Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s comeback has finally come to an end.

Although many film-makers were vying to have her in their projects, the coveted prize has gone to one of her old favourite directors: none other than Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

The film-maker has reportedly convinced the actress to take a break from full-time motherhood to shimmy in a special dance number in his much-hyped and much-delayed magnum opus, Ram Leela.

The movie stars Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh in the lead and there has been a lot of curiosity about it for various reasons — not least the close friendship of its lead actors. It is set to hit the silver screen this November.
