Novel kids' day in Balehonnur

A team of of police led by Circle Inspector D T Prabhu and Sub Inspector Govindappa started the celebration by inaugurating the sports meet at Government High School in Balehonnur.

Later, they distributed sweets to students at Sri Jagadguru Renukhacharya Composite PU College, Nirmala Convent, Government PU College, Urdu Higher Primary School, Holy Prophet School of Kadlemakki, IIT and other institutions. While, the police team distributed sweets to nearly 5,000 students in the region, teachers and students of all institutions accorded warm welcome to them.

Sports meets, cultural programmes and other activities were organised at several institutions in the region.
