<p>CDSL Ventures Limited (CVL), a fully owned subsidiary of Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL), has announced the launch of its service — e-Voting System for Corporates.<br /><br /> The new service will enable a firm or its registrar to set up the schedule on the e-Voting website and upload the resolutions and register of shareholders. CVL will then generate and print a password on a pin mailer for each shareholder.</p>
