Praveen, Vihaatri sparkle

Harpal clinches under-16 boys' 100 metres crown

Praveen Kumar S of Max Muller Public School and Clarence High School’s Vihaatri both pocketed two gold medals in the third leg of the Deccan Athletic Club’s (DAC) Weekend Athletics meet, sponsored by Deccan Herald and Prajavani, at the Sree Kanteerava stadium here on Sunday.

Praveen clinched the gold in the 800M as well as the 3000M in the boys’ under-16 category while Vihaatri claimed the top spot in the 100M hurdles as well as the triple jump in the girls’ under-15 category.
