A 55-year-old labourer who was on his way to visit his daughter was killed when he was mowed down by a lorry near Devanahalli kote junction on Wednesday night.
According to International Airport police, the deceased has been identified as Munikrishna, a resident of Malur.
He was crossing the road near the junction when a speeding lorry mowed him down. He sustained grievous injuries and succumbed to injuries at a hospital.
