<p>A day after Chief Minister Siddaramaiah claimed that no charge sheet was filed against newly inducted minister D K Shivakumar, S R Hiremath of the Samaja Parivartana Samudaya on Tuesday mailed the chief minister a copy of the charge sheet filed by the Lokayukta. <br /><br /></p>.<p>Hiremath claimed at a press conference that Lokayukta investigating officer D Palakshaiah had filed a 111-page charge sheet against Shivakumar before a Lokayukta special court on June 21, 2012. <br /><br />“Law Minister T B Jayachandra and Chief Secretary Kaushik Mukherjee should have informed the chief minister about the charge sheet. But they seemed to have kept the chief minister in the dark,” he said. <br />Hiremath said he had sent the documents to Siddaramaiah by speed post.<br /> <br />Furnishing details, the social activist said charge sheet number 1/2012 was submitted on June 21, 2012, based on FIR number 26/2012 dated March 27, 2012, filed before the 29th additional district and session’s judge in PCR No 11/2012. <br /><br />Palakshaiah, the erstwhile deputy superintendent of police, City division, Karnataka Lokayukta, Bangalore, had investigated the case. </p>
