'Our babies are our priority'

“When Marc and I are out, we get our phones out and show pictures of our kids to everyone. We probably do that a little too much. You always think you are not going to be that person — but then you are. We are just normal I guess,” Lopez said.

The Maid In Manhattan star is so concerned about her kids that she keeps them on top of her priority list. “Our babies are our priority. They are just everything and they come first. They just make everything better. I sing little lullabies to them to help them go off to sleep some nights,” Lopez said. “I like to whisper in their ears and that works even better. I have done that since they were tiny babies. I whisper to them how much I love them,” she added.

Lopez, who stars in the upcoming movie The Backup Plan had recently revealed how motherhood has given her a “whole new perspective” when it comes to portraying roles. She said that it’s easier to get into the role of a mom after giving birth to children herself. “I’ve had children in movies. But now I have a whole new perspective,” the singer-cum-actress had said.

Added the Waiting for Tonight hitmaker, “It’s so totally different than you could ever imagine — what you feel and how it changes you, and how you see things.”
