<p>Two students have been expelled by Modern School in south Delhi after a video showing them bullying a senior went viral on the web a few days ago. <br /><br /></p>.<p>The other three students who were cheering them will make a public apology soon, said a school trustee.<br /><br />Modern School in Vasant Vihar declared its decision in a meeting with parents on Thursday. At 9 am, some 500 parents turned up to discuss the issue. <br /><br />“Parents were satisfied with our decision,” said school trustee Ashok Pratap Singh.<br /><br />The two students appeared for their last exam on Thursday. “They will not join our school in the next session,” Singh said. “The other three students will make a public apology after their exams are over,” he added.<br /><br />The incident that reportedly took place on Monday, brings to the fore the issue of use of mobile phones in school premises as the clip was shot by a student on a cell phone.<br /><br />“We have also discussed the use of mobile phones at length with parents in an nearly two-hour meeting,” Singh said. <br /><br />“We have decided to follow stringent measures to stop the use of mobile phones by kids in school and for this we have sought cooperation from parents as well,” he added.<br />The video showed two class VI students roughing up a class VII student, while three others were seen cheering them.</p>
