A couple was found dead and their daughter critically injured in their flat at Sodepur in North 24 Parganas district today, police sources said.
Shyam Dutta (59) was found hanging while his wife Soma Dutta (51) was found dead lying on the bed in their flat in Indralok Apartment, the sources said.
The Dutta's only daughter Soma (27) was found seriously injured in the room and has been rushed to Panihati State General Hospital, they adding that police would question her about what happened when her condition stabilises.
The bodies of Shyam and Soma have been send for postmortem and investigation launched into the un-natural death of them, the sources added.
