<p>Madhya Pradesh BJP today filed a police complaint against Congress president Sonia Gandhi, alleging that her party's website resorted to false statements while using former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's name on it.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The complaint was filed by state spokesmen Vijendra Singh Sisodiya in the presence of party leader Deepak Vijaywargia and media in-charge Hitesh Bajpai.<br /><br />In the complaint, the party said the Congress was resorting to "false statements" in a bid to entice voters.<br /><br />The saffron party sought action against the Congress President under various sections of the IPC and cyber law.<br /><br />On its official website, Congress has heaped praise on Atal Bihari Vajpayee to attack BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, asking how can a person whom the tallest leader of BJP "wanted removed" as CM in the wake of Gujarat riots, be the party's PM candidate.<br /><br />"How can a person whom the tallest leader of the BJP wanted removed as chief minister, be the party's Prime Ministerial candidate?," Congress, which also a posted a picture of Vajpayee on its website, said.</p>
